What’s New for 2018

  What’s New
Online Auto bill pay and credit cards are new for 2018. We’re moving from Fiserv to the Softheon payment system, effective December 2, 2017.

The main difference between the current recurring payment option and the new automatic bill pay is that auto pay pulls the full premium amount due, once a month. Members may choose their payment date between the 15th and last day of the month.

Plus, they can now pay by credit card in addition to using a prepaid debit card, bank debit card, or bank account.

When recurring payments end: December 1, 2017

December 1, 2017, is the last day members can pay their premium via online recurring payment. We’re reaching out to members to encourage them to reset their online recurring payment to December 1 or before, so that they can use recurring payment for their December premium. Here are the steps you can share with your clients:

  • Login at HealthNet.com.
  • Click the orange Online Bill Pay from the top menu to get to the premium payment page.
  • Click the green Pay Bill button to go to the premium payment system.
  • Choose Recurring Settings to change premium payment date.

Any December premium payments not received by December 1 will carry forward. That means members will see both the December and January amounts due on the bill they receive in December.
