Secure Email with #Paubox

I use Paubox to help protect email messages and attachments sent from my email account. Paubox automatically encrypts outgoing email without requiring me—or usually the recipient—to use a separate email program.

• Email I send to you is encrypted automatically.
  • Paubox encrypts my outgoing email and attachments.
  • If your email provider supports modern TLS encryption, the message normally arrives directly in your regular inbox.
  • If your email system cannot accept modern encrypted email, Paubox can provide the message through its secure message system instead.
• If you reply to an email I sent you, your reply is encrypted in transit by default.
  • This can be a good way to send information back to me when privacy is important.
• If you start a brand-new email to me, encryption depends on your email provider.
  • If your email provider supports modern TLS encryption, your message is encrypted while traveling between the email servers.
  • Paubox cannot force an outside email provider to use encryption when that provider sends a new message to me.
